@Extelec 4011, idk why, I think it was because when I was 11/12 I followed a tutorial that taught how to build a computer out of them; and now I'm here, and here is pretty nice

Anyone know more about analogue electronics than I do know if measuring the same resistance and voltage drop (diode test) in either direction accross the gate and cathode of an SCR ok?@RueNahcMohr No resistor, 0.1v drop measured in both directions, and tested removed out of circuit
