If somebody had donor-advised funds restricted to 501c3 recipients, do they have a path to getting something like “Will this disreputable public figure be hounded by a marching band playing mocking theme music?” funded and trending on prediction markets?I feel like it checks the box of “promotes the collective good for society”, but I’m not sure about the rest of it.
