@gamingonlinux I remember the rumors about this being reported and was hoping it would turn out false. Disappointing to see it isn't.

That said, as a PC gamer without a PS5, I feel no compulsion to buy a PS5.

@gamingonlinux I was going to put an order in around 2pm Eastern (about an hour after going on sale) but it's just displaying "sold out" with no waiting list option or anything.

@gamingonlinux it will be interesting to see how these numbers are affected by the looming Steam Machine release. I feel like early adopters have a decent chance of already being Linux users, so the initial bump might not be as pronounced. Exciting times for gaming on Linux and Gaming on Linux

@Daojoan people just weren't made with the emotional bandwidth to handle having EVERY village idiot in the palm of their hand all day and every day. It's the social equivalent of trying to drink from a fire hose. It's too much.

@warandpeas I don't have a strong esthetic preference, but I think the single image with all panels is easier to share with people off the platform? So do with that insight what you will.
