CIRCLE WITH A DOT

Now it's time to find how to balance managing employes which I never did before and managing my time.

I think I've found my dream job. Good pay, 80%. Responsibility by being the head of IT & Security. I can define the vision. I can do what I want.
It's been a rough 3 years but I feel like I've finally found the place where I belong.
