a special ability I've realized I have is a high success rate of guessing which servers in our university's lab have a low current user count on vibes alone.
possibly unimpressive since it's just being able to guess what numbers people are less likely to guess, but still, helps a lot of students when they have an assignment that relies on an otherwise inactive machine

it's been long enough to where I'm comfortable saying this but one of my students dropped "perchance" in the middle of a conversation I was having with them and it was so incredibly difficult to not start laughing in their face

the results are in: when presented with the question "would you rather walk in on yore gurl fucking 1 scooby or 5 shaggies", 70% of computer science students responded "1 scooby" and 30% responded "5 shaggies".
