    Role right-sizing: As we shift to a new strategy and way of working, powered by AI, we must revisit the size of staffing for each role to ensure we are optimizing for speed and customer outcomes. In some cases, AI can augment and accelerate what team members have been doing, in other places we need to expand certain roles to go faster. We do expect daily use of AI by every individual in the company and we are launching AI acceleration programs to support every role as part of our transformation.

    @GossiTheDog I'm guessing Yaoyao Chang did what I'd be tempted to do, if I worked at MS: Orchestrate some agentic whatever with a prompt like "Pretend you're me, working at MS research and publish an innovative new TTS app on github and the windows store," and then duck out of the office for a couple of weeks, letting that thing answer all emails and github issues.

    @YaLTeR Users just get confused by colors and shapes. Nice, clean, low contrast dots are calming, and you can have many fun hours clicking dots to see what - if anything - they do.
