Hey Will, yea, I find that difficult. They know how these appts work in practice. We could prepare in advance properly if they just told us what to expect. They don't consider patient support needs.A few years ago GP kept booking repeat appts, 90+ mins rather than 15. No idea why. He didn't tell me why he wanted me to keep returning so often, nor what he was trying to achieve with such long appts. I was there 5-7pm. I struggled for months afterwards.
