Everyone going "Just move to IRC!!!" clearly has no understanding of *why* other things have been more popular than IRC for the last ~12 years, and why this won't happen.@jonty The way the internet works now is:
* get annoyed and make something new and "better"
* everyone jumps on it
* original owners sell it
* oh no.
I'm just tired of it at this point.
