Well, so far the biggest change I’ve seen is my anxiety is higher. It also feels like my hyperfocus is even more hyper.

Guess who gets amphetamines and has two thumbs? -
Guess who gets amphetamines and has two thumbs?Really hoping this helps my ADHD without being a magic bullet. Idk that I’d handle it well if all my years struggling undiagnosed just evaporate with a pill, but I really could use the help.

Your patching program was built for a dead reality, and if your response to the last few weeks is "patch faster," you are missing the point.@mttaggart @cR0w next time just @ me

Is it weird that I like coding against linters? Is it weird that I like coding against linters? Like, when I’m done writing, there should be no linter warnings that I haven’t made a conscious decision to keep. On the one hand, that feels like letting the machine tell me what to do. On the other, I’m the one who loaded the linter, I’m saying I want my code nice and clean. I’m just offloading the mental work of remembering all the rules and catching where I break them, of thinking about keeping it clean, and then fixing it when told.

I'm 'using punctuation in a filename feels wrong' years old.@ariarhythmic @catselbow @alicemcalicepants @frauxirah @piiabartos yes, all modern versions of Windows can support long paths, but the application interacting with the file still has to support it too, and that support has to be compiled in.
Last I looked, even Excel didn’t support this, but that’s been a few years.

I feel like a scrub asking this, but does anyone have a good solution for syncing iCloud calendar events to Exchange calendars?Addendum:
I also don’t want and won’t use vibe coded bullshit… apparently timely since somebody just released this in the last 24 hours, which could theoretically be abused for my purposes.

Context: I occasionally have to schedule telehealth appointments during work hours. Maybe one time in 5, I either work through the appointment because I’m zoned into work context and miss the notification on my phone, or accept a work meeting in the same slot, and have to bail on work when folks are expecting me to be there.
What I need:
To take events on my personal calendar (iCloud) and put them on my work calendar (Exchange)
Ability to see event times
Events to be interpreted as times I’m not available for scheduling purposesWhat I’d like:
Only sync event times with work, not event detailsWhat I don’t need:
Exchange to iCloud syncWhat I don’t want:
A third party service that I have to link my calendars to. -

@Aegewsh @k8vsy well the article doesn’t sound nearly as scary as the headline. -
hashtag team elephant@Pineywoozle @cR0w TBF I understand most shark attacks to be mistaken identity for food. If not food, why food shaped? It’s be like if half the time I was eating dinner, you started trashing my kitchen, and when you hit the stove top you started smelling like bacon.

hashtag team elephant@cR0w I might not root for the animal beforehand, but certainly good for them, and I won’t shed a tear on the outcome.

hashtag team elephant@cR0w look man, I grew up hunting, and reading the romanticized accounts of Africa from Bell, Taylor, and Capstick. I can’t honestly say that if I ever had the opportunity to go on a safari I wouldn’t. But as far as I’m concerned them’s the breaks. If you decided to go hunt things that could kill you, you inherently deserve it when those things kill you. That’s the bargain you made.
