@adarsh Check out @kiwix They have full wikipedia which is something over 100 GB but also different subsets like some number of most popular articles or thematic subsections, which might be as little as half a GB.They also have all sorts of other reference material you can download for offline access like documentation for programming languages and frameworks, all sorts of wikis, stack exchange sites, etc.
