note: i am not #republican /#maga / #conservative but my father is (and so was my mother). and he votes that way because he's racist. seriously, its mostly #racism with some #sexism and #queerphobia mixed in
other notes:
1. #islamophobia and #palestine is part of the issue as well
2. #transphobia not pictured but absolutely a part of it too
3. i know that being his daughter, i may be judged in a similar way because of my proximity to him, which i understand and have to work to subvert expectations
4. continuing from my last point, please dont assume that all people from the #american #south are bigots; its definitely an issue but there are good people here too
5. i will never stop resisting in any way i can, even if i am not as vocal or visible as others
