    It scanned "student social media feeds; conducted secret counter-terror threat assessments & background checks".

    The 12 are Bristol U, Oxford U, Imperial College Lond, Uni College Lond (UCL), King’s College Lond (KCL), Sheffield U, Leicester U, Nottingham U, Cardiff Metro U, MAnchester Metro U & London School of Economics.
