Sorry, I'm really confused. I thought everyone voted Liberal last year to keep Pierre Poilievre from privatizing everything.
Transport Minister Steven MacKinnon on privatizing airports: "We're in the early stages of a process with airport authorities and other partners to determine the best way forward."

@dbattistella it's awfully disappointing that so many voted liberal to keep the conservatives out of power only to find that they actually voted for the conservative party platform.
It's still better than having the most whiny man in Canada running the country but not by much.

@human3500 I almost feel it's worse because with Poilievre being so very unlikable, he might have had a harder time achieving the kind of carte blanche that Carney is getting. It's amazing what a handsome, eloquent man can get away with.

I don't understand how Carney is so well liked given his agenda@human3500 He presents well and makes his neoliberal pro-wealth, anti-workers policies sound reasonable and inevitable.
