    @faab64 We all know, if you slap your children in the face any counter reaction is “unprovoked”

      @faab64 I don't know, the Israeli government seems pretty unaware of it's previous behaviour. Must be some kind of dictatorial derangement syndrome.

      @Bamka

      believe me they know. They just don't want to show the word that they support those actions.

      Remember having a chat with my Jewish/American coworker about War In Lebanon a few decades ago, he was aware of the atrocities, but said that sometimes it is necessary to do evil to save the lives of those you love.

        Not only the US. The UK's Foreign Secretary was doing exactly that this morning.

        My friend kicked you in the balls. You lashed out with a stick. That makes you the aggressor and we're gonna break all your fingers and burn all your sticks to make sure you don't do it again.

          @faab64 Correction, we haven't toppled their government, just killed their leader.
          That is why they are firing retaliatory missile strikes in the region. It is very unlikely we will overthrow the Iranian government without "boots on the ground".
          Just a friendly reminder that Iran is not Iraq, we not going to win this war in a few weeks. It is likely we kicked the hornets nest and failed in destroying it.

          It's kind of funny, it's almost as though there was no plan to follow through with regime change after military strikes.

          There was a plan.

          Total war.

          You have to understand that Trump is a puppet of Christian Zionists.

          Their goal is setting the whole region on fire as one of the main "requirements" for second coming of Jesus.

          Sadly, no one seems to even look into it. Huckabee with his brain diarrhea spewed out part of the plan. But now nuzzled by another CZ Rubio as damage control.

            @OneInterestingFact

            And I don't see any outrage among the disgusting hypocrites all over the world about the mass murder of 150+ elementary school girls in Iran.

            and when they report it they use "dozen killed in Iran bombing, Iran claims"

            I am so disgusted by this world.

              @faab64 That is simply contradictory. If you wage war, be prepared to have a war: this is a basic principle of the last four thousand years, I think.

                What has this administration said or done that is "logical".

                The entire foreign policy of US (and Europe for that matter) is about hypocrisy.

                I hit you, but you can't hit back. They want everyone to act like Venezuela, get hit and bend over backwards.

                  @faab64 This is typical of bullies, overwhelm their victims - this is independent from the fact that victims are themselves bullying someone else, as in this case.
                  Authoritative entities, even when stronger, don't have to act that way. I don't see anyone authoritative here.
                  I'm simply trying to analyze it from a neutral, critical standpoint.

                    Caity never misses.

                    OK she's missed a couple of times (saying the left should team up with the antiwar right, like Mike Cernovich) but for the most part, she hits the bullseye every time

                      yeah, I really like her, she is one of the voices out there telling it how it is instead of some corporate BS or partizan crap that has selective rage but acceptance of atrocities by "friends:.

                        @faab64 that is how many USamericans are raised. If a bully at school tortures kids nothing happens. If a tortured kid stands up against the bully, they are punished.

                        I know this firsthand.

                        It's actually one of the reasons I have held a lifelong hatred for sportsball. Jocks can bully and rape with impunity because their value as sportsball players is deemed more important than the pain of their victims.

                        I used to fuck those bastards up in response to their bullying and violence and got suspended every time while absolutely nothing happened to them at all

                        They never bothered me again, but I had to teach more than one that lesson

                          @CosmickTrigger

                          If Iran manages to hold for one week, things will change.

                          They have lost half of their launchers already, and the ones being used are those dug to prepare for continuous retaliation.

                          Israel has now told people to stop filming the failure of their air defense and those breaking the order face 2 years minimum prison for spying.
