they've already been caught in court with AI written reports that weren't correct.
had a friend who worked for a short time for one of the chest camera firms that sold to cops. they couldn't figure out how to download videos so some just deleted or let the device fill up.
a friend who was both public defender and prosecutor at different times says all the time that most cops are horrible at all of this (reports, testifying, etc).
