You folks remember when I asked about restoring access to a #Google account for a friend of mine?
Well, the good news is, he got his account back.
The bad news?
He lost his account thanks to #Claude #AI.
His "agent" happily and without intervention installed a package (I don't know the details of the package) on his work system, that took root access, and siphoned off his credentials.
I am happy for him that he got his account and all back, but #holy #flying #spaghetti #monster did I have to hold back the "I told you so"

@Firesphere What was his prompt, I wonder. I have not seen claude diverge from what I asked. I have not like where it was going and franticlly control c, but that's as close as I got without using a third party skill in a way I shouldn't. I haven't been able to do anything horrible with any of the big cli's without using skills incorrectly.
