Even though I hate trump and personally believe he has done all the things he has been accused of here, it is not ethical for a prosecutor to make these statements.

Public prosecutors have a special duty to seek justice. This duty includes refraining from making extrajudicial statements that can adversely affect due process and the presumption of innocence.
