Our Technical Communications Officer @brucelawson entered the stage today at a tech conference in Oslo. The crowd sat in awe (probably because of how handsome he is. Or maybe due to the title of the talk, who knows). A whisper heard in the crowd:
“Bruce was just on stage and restored my hopes that we might be able to win back the internet from the clutches of the Big Tech perps - download Vivaldi, y’all!”

@Vivaldi @brucelawson This is not meant as a attack on Vivaldi or anything like that. How can a browser change what the "suits" decides to publish?
Reason for asking is the work Mozilla has been doing for years, and when they mess up once it's like all the good work they have done is forgotten.

@DoomBananas @Vivaldi Not sure I quite understand the question. Could you rephrase?

@brucelawson @Vivaldi Yes! And thank you for asking me to clarify.
How can a browser influence the content executives/big tech choose to release?

@DoomBananas thanks! At @Vivaldi we attempt to be better than the Big Tech guys (better both in tech and values), so people recognise they have a choice.
