      @taylorlorenz Apparently, Meta and other data companies have privatized the government's job of spying in its people. No longer do three letter companies need to spend lots of money to gain intel on citizens. The Alphabet company will do it for a fraction of the cost.

          @idiot @taylorlorenz its the same old game that the agencies have been playing at for a while... a private company is easier to shutter and reopen under another name than a whole agency.

          Remember what LLC stands for.. Limited Liability..
