26 that we won't actually receive as they'll keep delaying the order but the contract will require us to keep making payments... and even if we do receive them we have to buy their 6 figure ammunition (per shot) from the US.
This just keeps us bound to the US and does nothing to enhance our sovereignty. We would be better off funding building our own development crown corporation and developing an equivalent system; maybe in partnership with other nations who want to divest from the US on the basis of every partner getting all the specs to build them domestically
