Build 36 out for iOS users, new build on Android too:
Canadian English (en-ca): properly uses the language pack on iOS now, not the same as the US pack. On Android also redirects to use En-US eSpeak voice with En-CA pack.
    - Canadian Raising: "about" vs "loud", "right" vs "ride"
    - COT-CAUGHT merger: "cot" vs "caught" should sound same.
    - GOAT backing: "go", "no" sound more backed than US
    - "sorry" says "sore-y" not "sarry"
    iOS Voice Preview:
    - VoiceOver Settings > Speech > tap play on any TGSpeechBox voice
    - Should say "Hello, this is [Voice]" instead of silence. Make sure this works.
    Tap phoneme (all English):
    - "eating", "calendar", "accessibility", "thirty", "waiting"
    - Should sound crisp at all rates, not soft/clenched.
    Text parser (English only):
    - Time: "6:03" reads "six oh three"
    - Year ranges: "2024-2025" reads both as year pairs
    - Ordinals: "column 2 March 30" — "two" not "second"

@Tamasg I will say, the UK english is quite differently cool now. I'll have to test the CA pack for english again. Great work as usual.

@danestange ha, probably just too subtle for you to notice but it's definitely been tuned a little over time. I'm not sure, to me it sounds quite US. I can't hear what you hear and that makes me super sad inside.
