Anyone have experience with ADF breeding? I've got a set of 3, two males and 1 female.

Every few nights I get a serenade from the males, and occasionally one will latch into amplexus but they never go further. The dance doesn't happen, and no spawning occurs.

I'm curious what I can do to improve the conditions for her so she's willing to engage beyond amplexus. This is a 'circle of life' tank and I kinda need those tadpoles.

They have platforms and hiding places. The tank has a flow divider down the middle so they have an area with no current to float in. They do not have pad-style plants, I have some red ones on the agenda for the next plant buy.

The water is semi-brackish, tank temperature changes by about 6F per day, 78 during sun hours, down to 72 at night. Weekly 40% water changes. The water is extremely hard. The frogs are fed basic aquatic frog pellets, but also graze on tank bugs and whatever the fish don't eat. Occasionally they're given chunks of fish with calcium powder as novel protein.
