Cuba developed the first vaccine for Meningitis B, in 1989. It was available to other countries in the late 90s. The UK didn't adopt it until much later.
All Cuban children are vaccinated against Meningitis B and C, among other diseases.
That's the humanitarian country Trump/USA is destroying.
