Citrix parent Cloud Software Group's CISO sent an urgent letter to customers urging immediate patching due to "evolving geopolitical landscape" and increased state-sponsored attacks. Threat intelligence shows uptick in targeted attacks on critical infrastructure and supply chains. When the vendor sends an unsolicited "patch everything now" letter, the threat level isn't theoretical.
