also spent some time cleaning the house's paint work, hopefully I can sand it down tomorrow and get some paint to fix it up

well fek, I'm not going to be able to fix that nicely, this needs very specific shapes of wood that I can't seem to find for sale, and I have neither the tools nor honestly skills to replicate that. I'm going to have to find a professional for this

other side has similar issues, I pried out the rot with a chisel, I'm gonna try and fill it up manually
