@designthinkingcomic If the employee is working from home, then the EMPLOYER needs to buy the standing desk. Which aren't cheap, compared to regular desks.
If the desk is installed at the employee's home office, then an accommodation (or return) needs to be negotiated if they leave (or have multiple employers).

Was this written by an American? Their employee-abuses are not legal outside America.
