I modified my snac to see how much effort it would be to add a "neighborhood" section. Turns out it wasn't very hard!

How it works:

• You add a list of hosts to the "neighborhood" key of your server.json
• A neighborhood link appears that you can then use to browse
• This link shows a list of all public posts of a selected instance. It's a subset of the "Federated" timeline.
