@Daojoan Truly a testament to the way public discourse is molded around older generations that, in the year of our lord 2026, it is basically verboten to state "the US suffers from artificial housing scarcity because the system is structured to preserve and enhance incumbent homeowner asset values at all costs."
It's clear as day. But no one will say the obvious.
