      @amlor there's also ChiPass, a KeePassXC fork from the pre-slop code https://codeberg.org/ChiPass/ChiPass

        @cadusilva using pass[1] just because they can't take gpg and git away (or i'd have way bigger problems)

              @cadusilva Given that NordPass seem to have just deep-sixed all their public GitHub repos (aside from the autofill scripts), I'd say that's probably not a good sign for them either.

                        We are in a bizarre fuqing universe. 🤯

                        I have always loved old tech, since I was a kid. But never more than I loved the future of tech. Now it seems like old tech is gonna be the only way we save ourselves from new tech.

                        Will I someday trade my iPad Pro and WiFi hotspot for a 486 and dial-up, so I can communicate with people not inflicted with AI brain rot? 🤔

                                  @mtconleyuk @cadusilva Were they to have done so in order to move to an alternative public repo instead (not you, GitLab); yes.

                                  Were they to have... not done that; no.

                                      @speaktrap@mastodon.com.pl @noodlejetski@masto.ai @cadusilva@bolha.one yep i do something similar, password hint file stored in a seperate user's home dir, normal user and any programs run by normal user can't read that dir
