    Every so often, I try again to find out what that jazz album was I listened to in the 90s. All I remember of it that could help identify it is one line of lyric,
    "You talk about jazz, you talk about music. You talk about music, you talk about life"
    and that the musician was male and likely black.

    I hold little hope I will ever hear that album again.
