Ethiopia has stressed the importance of its continued access to the Red Sea on Thursday of trying to encircle it and obstruct its access to the Red Sea, days after Cairo and Asmara signed a maritime transport agreement and reaffirmed that Red Sea security should remain the preserve of littoral states.
