When you open data, it offers you to copy it into its own store. My recommendation is to do that. CDs (which are often used) tend to become unreadable or you delete the temp directory into which you extracted the download.

The main challenge with this software is that it offers gigatons of functions you‘ll probably never need and which will certainly overwhelm you initially.
