"A 1-hour temporal offset is clearly visible in the RE input forecast results, particularly in the solar ramp profile between 07:30 and 10:00, where the forecasted ramp is systematically shifted. This deviation was detected after the CET-to-CEST time transition on 30 March."

Love that the discussion around this has polarised into "wind and solar caused it and must be banned" vs "wind and solar had absolutely nothing to do with it" when in fact neither of these are correct.
