Maybe they'll be back in stock in time for a Christmas present.

@JessTheUnstill I managed to grab one. Also ordered a white skin from dbrand. I wonder if it will beat PS5 controller for me.

@kayla I hadn't been paying attention when they were supposed to launch, and only noticed after they were sold out. If as promised they are basically just the Steam Deck controls in a controller, I'd be happy. I like using the steam deck controller track pads for a variety of games that don't work as well with a dual sense. Plus my dual sense is starting to drift so I'm in the market for a new one anyways.

@kayla @JessTheUnstill For PC games it might for me, the touch pads would save me some pain when I play a game that only accepts mice inputs in places.

@JessTheUnstill @kayla From what I saw, the analog stick tech is also much more robust than the dual sense.

@JessTheUnstill yeah, I already bought a new battery and TMR sticks for my dual sense, just didn't have time and energy to fix it yet.

Yeah the dual sense is just the old potentiometers. These are supposed to be the generation past hall effect, so hopefully even more reliable over the long run. I've cleaned out the pots in my dual sense once already, but each time I risk breaking it.
