This whole situation just shows yet again that the people pushing this AI shit have not put a single thought into any of the consequences of what they have been building. (Hell, they’ve fired people who tried to sound the alarm.)

They had something shiny that they thought would make people disposable and they sure as hell weren’t gonna let that go, because these AI cultists truly hate people and humanity. They want a world where it’s them and only them with rest of us are dead.

If any of these companies actually gave a shit about the destructiveness of their tech, these companies wouldn’t exist in the first place.

I don’t think Anthropic even cares about how their tech is used, they just don’t like the optics on this one.

This is the same company with a 1.5 billion settlement for theft, so you’ll forgive me if I’m skeptical of their “ethical concerns”.
