My mother was actually taken in by Ancient Aliens... Not the kind of thing I expected. We had to give her a bunch of sources saying it was all trash.

That being said, my wife's colleague was interviewed by Ancient Aliens. they didn't identify who they were and did a normal interview about biological science stuff... it appeared on the show. he is now mortified and it's a running gag in the lab about ancient aliens.
