Adventures in govt online services.
Received an audit request for the #Ottawa Vacant Unit Tax. Required me to upload some docs to Service Ottawa. Service Ottawa doesn't like privacy-protecting browsers like LibreWolf, so had to use Firefox. That went OK. BUT it then sent a confirmation email to my old email, which I changed several months ago. So I opened a ticket about that. The ticket email confirmation went to my correct email address.
