It's all bullshit.
I pay $10k in health issuance premiums and still can't afford proper health care and the Republicans are going to use tax money to build a fucking ballroom because Trump got pissed off and planned an "attack" on himself to scare MAGA into supporting the dumbest shit.
Meanwhile all the old people who have Medicaid and Medicare are like "shut up, you live in the best country ever".
I hate this shit

@bobkmertz the SO has Medicare (with an Advantage plan), and she definitely wouldn't tell you that. We're grateful that it covers much of her drug costs, but the things it doesn't cover are just ridiculous. It's much worse than my employer-provided plan.

@bobkmertz the plus side is that, because she's on disability, no one can take her income from her (as the law currently stands), so, even if she runs up 10s of thousands of dollars in medical bills, they can't force her to pay them.

@cgrymala
Yea, I didn't mean to infer that all people say that... Just the ones who, well, have said it to me. Unfortunately people I'm close with.Since Republicans gutted the ACA things have just been terrible for me and the neglected health care is catching up to me now despite the 10s of thousands I've paid over the last few years.

@bobkmertz Likewise, I didn't mean to "not all men" your post.
Yes, health insurance sucks, and it's only getting worse. Insurance companies are destroying healthcare in this country.
