    @StaceyCornelius Silly answer: scream only at the hand-crafted, free-range, carbon neutral voids, not the regular voids.
    Serious answer: take care of myself and look for non-void beauty that still (thankfully) exists, at least until the GOP notices it and decides to take it away from me.

      @c_dan4th Ooh, the non-regular voids might have a good reply.

      Genius.

        Get outside and soak in some nature. Garden. Take my puppy for a walk. Read some fluffy fiction or listen to music that makes me happy. We’re living in constant chaos, so I try my best to calm my nervous system by doing something that makes me feel more balanced.

          @KimberlyN @StaceyCornelius

          Excellent advice.
          That's really my go to when stressed.
          Walking in nature. Breathe, examine a flower, piece of moss, feel the rain/sunshine on my face...

            @KimberlyN That's brilliant. I miss my dogs, but have doggie pals on my local trail. Got some kisses from the sweetest cinnamon doodle variation girl today.

            Sounds like you have an excellent strategy, thanks for sharing it.

            Constant chaos sounds like a great big understatement, doesn't it.

                indeed. It brings me back to a better perspective---
                "Mother Nature" is truly the one who is in control of the world, not politicians. Spending time outdoors reminds me of that.

                  @StaceyCornelius Go look for a waterfall. Find the sound of waves crashing on a shore. Find a space without mobile service (usually, woods!). Run.

                  My ideas 🙂

                              @famousringo @StaceyCornelius some more context. Cost of living keeps going up and the stability of the environment keeps going down. I do not wish to subject future offspring to such an environment. I do not wish to subject my offspring let alone the mother to a lower standard of living than I had.
