    Lots of talk gain about sport, Olympics and gender. So a little history, Ewa Kłobukowska a Polish sprinter, was banned from the Olympics and stripped of her medals.

    Why? She failed a visual inspection of her genetalia and then failed a chromosome test. She would today have been immediately called a man and no doubt the press would have had a field day.

    The next year she gave birth.... This was one of the reasons the Olympics stopped using chromosome testing because it's inaccurate and wrong.

      @SamanthaJaneSmith Wikipedia supports this only partially?

      «This was surprising considering she passed the anatomical sex test a year prior to this competition.»

        @richlv I don't believe I mentioned anything about a test a year before?

          @SamanthaJaneSmith
          Fuck the Olympics. They're banned in my household. My caring ended permanently with this story:
          🇺🇦
          Ukrainian star disqualified from Winter Olympics over helmet honoring war dead
          The International Olympic Committee told Vladyslav Heraskevych that his "helmet of remembrance" violated its rules prohibiting political statements.

            @clintruin
            You would think that if a country is banned from competing because of war-crimes, an athlete from the country getting war-crimed could memorialize the dead.
