@ottaross Well this is appropriate! I just spent the afternoon driving through endless almond groves, arriving home to the orange tree lined streets of Valencia.
We were discussing the popularity of almond & orange cake here due to the local crops when I saw your post! Might have to attempt this cake tomorrow. -

@TheWoodenheaded thanks! indeed it's great to see the enthusiasm. Might have to make it a more frequent event than annual. Perhaps quarterly – one for each season maybe.
