I'm happy that the #Codex app now includes a file browser, but if the file browser can't stay up to date with what's actually in the folders, then it's useless.

I'm happy that the #Codex app now includes a file browser, but if the file browser can't stay up to date with what's actually in the folders, then it's useless. It's back to VS Code with the Codex extension for me.
