I am in process of undergoing a DBS check and am prompted to wonder- does central government do anything except collect taxes and hand out contracts?
So I reiterate my belief
I don't need professional politicians; I need an accountable civil service.
I don't need lobbyists; I  need choice.
I don't need representation; I need a place.
I don't need to be told; I need to heard.
I don't need divisive tribal politics.
What I need is a fully staffed well trained, truly independent civil service, guided by peoples assemblies, guided by experience. @SortitionNow @cosmolocalism we can have #Unity in diversity.
