Il Tempo: Comunicato Stampa: Quinta commissione licenzia Pdlr 46
La Quinta commissione consiliare permanente, competente in politiche sociosanitarie, presieduta da Manuela Lanzarin (Lega- LV), vicepresidente Chiara Luisetto (Pd), segretario Silvia Calligaro (FdI), alla presenza dell'assessore regionale al Sociale, Paola Roma, acquisito il parere positivo della Prima commissione, ha licenziato oggi, con i voti della maggioranza, il Disegno di legge della Giunta regionale (Pdlr n. 46), che modifica l'articolo 1 della L.R. n. 23/2012 'Norme in materia di programmazione sociosanitaria e approvazione del Piano sociosanitario regionale 2012-2016'.
Ricordiamo che il Pdlr n. 46, alla luce del mutato quadro normativo, allinea la normativa regionale concernente la nomina del Direttore generale dell'Area Sanità e Sociale a quella prevista per i Direttori generali delle Aziende ULSS, rimuovendo il limite di sessantacinque anni per la nomina, previsto solamente dalla normativa regionale.

The Permanent Fifth Committee of the Regional Council, competent in social and health policies, chaired by Manuela Lanzarin (Lega- LV), vice-president Chiara Luisetto (Pd), secretary Silvia Calligaro (FdI), in the presence of the Regional Councilor for Social Affairs, Paola Roma, having obtained the positive opinion of the First Committee, today, with the votes of the majority, approved the Regional Council Bill (Pdlr n. 46), which modifies article 1 of Regional Law n. 23/2012 ‘Norms regarding social and health programming and approval of the Regional Social and Health Plan 2012-2016’.
We recall that Pdlr n. 46, in light of the changed regulatory framework, aligns the regional legislation concerning the appointment of the General Director of the Health and Social Area with that provided for the General Directors of the ULSS Companies, removing the sixty-five-year age limit for appointment, which was stipulated only by regional legislation.
