The nominees are: Amy Karle (USA), Eduardo Kac (Brasil / USA), Dorotea Dolinšek (Slovenia), Joel Ong (Singapore / Canada), Liquifer / Barbara Imhof (Germany / Austria), and Marta de Menezes (Portugal).
