I'll never understand people that go for a run in the morning. You mean to tell me you leave your house voluntarily??

@Gina it's amazing! If you managed to get this done, you can tell yourself "that's the most difficult thing that will happen today and I've already done it"

@Gina I am (sometimes) one of them. But it is not voluntarily. Itโ€™s a must.

@Gina absolutely insane. I mean, I do leave.

              ....involuntarily.

@Gina I don't understand people who talk in the morning. I am not ready to have other people's thoughts imposed on me until after the second coffee.

At least when I am out on a run I am with my own thoughts. ๐Ÿ˜†

@Gina it's basically the opposite of pressing the snooze button!
With a snooze button you have to go through the horrors of waking up several times a day.
With going for a run you get to experience the joy of coming home, without (many) horrors in between leaving and returning!
