Just posted my review for Nameless on Amazon:
I could recommend this book because it presents people who are genuinely queer, and not just a prop aimed at straight readers. Or because the setting resonates strongly with those of us watching capitalism crumble around us. Or because the characters are interesting, deep, and varied. Or because it makes excellent use of an alternating-protagonist structure. Or because the narrative doesn't pull its punches, but manages to retain a sense of hope. I could even recommend this book because $ave0RDi3 has impeccable taste in twentieth-century media or because the cat is adorable.
That's all true. But honestly? Nameless is just plain fun. I had a blast reading it the first time, and immediately went back for a second. Cannot recommend it strongly enough.
cc @Impossible_PhD, great work Zoe
