Russian casualties seem to be going in the right direction. The Ukrainian drone operators are working overtime to help the Russians leave the SMO.

There is a truism in sales, “compensation drives behavior.“

There’s also the fact that as you get closer to an accepted date, like the end of the month or the end of the quarter or the end of the fiscal year, things happen.

This spike in killed Russians makes me wonder if Ukrainian Soldiers are aligning with both the truism and the date, working hard to kill more Russians in a single month than ever.

I’m also impressed as heck with the air defense interception rates. All of the cruise missiles were taken out. That’s amazing.
