Just had the funniest conversation with my Adam about retro gaming. I was telling him about old computers from the 80’s that needed a cassette tape machine attached to load the game into the computers memory, and he just looked at me blankly. Totally blank 🤭. Told him about the BBC Micro and Acorn Electron, quick YouTube search and bingo! He now knows what us older folks grew up with. So funny, but endearing at the same time! 🤭

@tmfox Nah, pinched the photos from eBay but I remember this little computer so well!!! Used to play a game called Arcadians which was a version of Space Invaders. Absolutely loved it!!

@TheShireEsq I still have my original Commodore 64. I think the two tape drives for it might need new belts though

@TheShireEsq I had a Spectrum, my bet friend had an Electron. Later I saved up my paper round money & pocket money for a year and bought a second hand BBC Micro and I don't think he ever forgave me for that!
