California State Senate Bill #SB868, which would legalize #PlugInSolar has been amended in committee. The amendment would allow law suites against utility companies in case of fire or other damages.

My hunch is that this was slipped in so the bill could pass, but Newsom can immediately veto it since he will never let a bill pass that endangers PG&E shareholders' wealth.
